This notice describes how the Wavemont Capital website handles information.

Investor inquiries

When you submit an inquiry, we collect your name, email address, selected topic, and message to respond and maintain our investor relationship. The site submits this information to our Cloudflare-hosted service. It is retained in an inquiry record, sent to our team as an email alert, and added to the Capital Investors pipeline in Twenty CRM when those connections are enabled. Inquiry records may remain pending if a delivery service is temporarily unavailable.

Please do not submit tax returns, bank statements, identification documents, or other sensitive financial information. This is not an investor verification portal. Inquiries do not subscribe you to unrelated marketing.

Hosting and service providers

Cloudflare hosts and secures the site and processes technical request information. We use Twenty for investor follow-up and an email delivery provider for alerts. Access is limited to the team and providers involved in delivering these services. We retain inquiry records for follow-up and operational needs; contact us to request correction or deletion.

Scheduling and external websites

When you follow a Cal.com booking link, Cal.com processes your scheduling information under its privacy practices. Links to Blue Book Home Offer, Timber Valley Rentals, and other destinations lead to separate websites with their own notices.

Website technology

The site does not include advertising trackers or analytics cookies. Inquiries use a temporary in-page identifier to prevent accidental duplicate submissions. Hosting and security services may process IP addresses, requested pages, and timestamps.
